Two capsules of MOOD is the recommended dosage and you better beleive it's true! Just two capsules at 8 am this morning and moved through my day, seven hours of productivity,and then, no crash, just restful.

Love this product!! MOOD has been the perfect thing to get me through the afternoon slump in my workday. I take it at lunch and have noticed less fatigue and better focus in the afternoon because of it. Super convenient that it can replace my usual multivitamin too.

Wanted to say first and foremost I don’t favor capsule style supplements because I am terrible at taking them typically - BUT I had to put this review out there because these things WORK!! It gives me all the vitamins I need, but that caffeine is what really sold me. I usually take it mid-afternoon just to give me that little pick up I need especially during the work week. I workout at lunch and by afternoon I am usually a little groggy. By taking these, I truly can make it through the day, and I’m not just saying that! I don’t even think about them being capsules anymore. I highly recommend, plus they are Aggie owned and operated which is all a big plus in my book!
